27 Jan. 2026 Alex Demoly Mobile Voting Jan. 27, 2026 5:00 p.m. The Mobile Voting Project is a non-profit organization that is working to educate people about mobile voting by voting in elections on your smartphone. Mobile voting makes the political process more accessible for people who have difficulty getting to conventional voting locations, including individuals who have disabilities or are deployed abroad in the military. Alex has been volunteering time advising them on folks to talk to in Vermont to possibly implement mobile voting in Vermont.

Many Saint Michael’s alumni-owned firms generate jobs and revenue inVermont.ThroughCommunityEngagedLearning,clinicalhours,fire and rescue service, and internships, the College touches the lives of tens of thousands of people. Thisreportwascreatedtodemonstratethesebenefitsbyquantifying the impacts on Vermont from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.

28 Apr. 2026 Dr. Anshu Chandra Global Eye Project - Haiti Apr. 28, 2026 5:00 p.m. Since 2010, I have been serving communities with little or no access to eye care. In 2015, we established a small, full-time clinic inside the local hospital in Fond-des-Blancs. What began as a modest effort has grown into one of Haiti’s busiest and most trusted eye centers. Our team has provided over 120,000 free eye exams, restored sight, prevented avoidable blindness, and delivered care to thousands of patients who would otherwise go without. On a typical day, we see more than 100 patients, many of whom walk hours or even days to reach the clinic.
