The Big E - West Springfield, MA

The Big E is America's Premier Exposition and world's only multi-state fair, representing all six New England States, with entertainment, unique foods, competitive livestock shows, shopping, a circus and much more.
--Born and raised in West Springfield within walking distance of the Eastern States Exposition, Gene spent a great deal of his formative years attending the fair with his family, and in his teens the fair was like everyone's playground. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG, and Eastern States (Now the Big E) was a client of the office.  In 1993 he was recruited to become the CFO of Eastern States, and then became its CEO in mid 2012.
--Postponed in 2020, - do we expect the BIG E and other events to be BACK in 2021 (?)  Let's hear about it...
