Nancy DiVenere, Parent to Parent of Vermont

Parent to Parent offers a variety of programs and services that support families who have children with special needs. Its mission is to nurture and support families whose children have a chronic illness, disability or have been born prematurely.

More than 3,000 families have benefited from Parent to Parent programs and services, and are part of the parent network, representing approximately 15% of parents with children and disabilities in the state.

Parent to Parent of Vermont is available to provide consultation, training and information on Family-Centered care, a holistic philosophy that redefines the roles of families, health care professionals, educators and communities.
